  • does not guarantee project approval until confirmed in writing

Projects may require deposits before work begins.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing is provided prior to installation or service.

Customers agree to:

  • pay agreed service fees

  • pay deposits when required

  • pay subscription or support plan charges when applicable

Payment methods may include credit card or approved payment processor.

Subscriptions & Support Plans

If you subscribe to a SmartCare support plan:

  • billing is automatically recurring (monthly or annually)

  • cancellations apply after any minimum term stated in your agreement

  • refunds follow our Refund Policy

Failure to maintain an active plan may impact access to certain cloud features, support services, or priority assistance.

Customer Responsibilities

To receive proper service, customers agree to:

  • provide accurate information

  • allow reasonable access to property for installation/service

  • ensure working internet connectivity where required

  • use equipment responsibly

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • customer misuse

  • third-party equipment failure

  • internet outages

  • modification by other installers or technicians

Equipment, Warranty & Ownership

Equipment purchased through MW Smart Homes may be covered under:

  • manufacturer warranty

  • supplier warranty

  • warranty terms explained during service agreement

We do not guarantee performance beyond the capability of the manufacturer and environment conditions.

Ownership of equipment transfers after full payment is made.

Cancellations, Refunds & Deposits

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun.

Liability Disclaimer

While we always work professionally and carefully, customers agree that:

MW Smart Homes is not liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages

  • loss of data

  • business losses

  • system downtime caused by third-party services or internet providers

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for services related to the issue.

Third-Party Services

Some systems rely on third-party platforms (such as device manufacturers, cloud platforms, or payment gateways).
We are not responsible for issues caused by those third-party services.
